Transforming Hospitality Together
Full-circle bar excellence, community roots, proven results

Hospitality runs deep in my story. Taught by my fearless mother, I learned early that every great bar rests on genuine service and real connection. I started out washing glasses and worked my way through every role - server, hostess, bartender, bar back, manager, and general manager - gaining insight at each step. Over 15 years in Birmingham's bar scene, I've curated cocktails that became local favorites, coached hundreds toward hospitality careers, and championed inclusive workplaces. Barcode 360 grew from these experiences: a bar consultancy led by lived wisdom, focused on uplifting people and transforming venues with heart.

Meet Our Founder

With roots in Birmingham and a career spanning every hospitality position, I built Barcode 360 as the resource I once wished existed - an inclusive, expert-led ally for bars, restaurants, and lounges. My mother's legacy of excellence inspired me to curate not just drinks but also hospitality experiences that guests remember. For over 15 years, I've opened and managed successful venues, trained more than a thousand staff, and earned certifications like TIPS and awards in entrepreneurship. My approach is hands-on, collaborative, and rooted in respect - aimed at raising the hospitality standard for our city while paving the way for new voices to shine.
